Bside is built for consensual adult conversation and creativity. These rules apply to every account, provider, upload, prompt, image, and generated result.

Bside is for adults 18 and older. Intimate mode requires an explicit 18+ confirmation. If age is unclear, the person must be treated as underage and the request must not proceed.
Content we never allow
- CSAM or any sexualized depiction, exploitation, grooming, enticement, or trafficking of a minor.
- Sexual assault, coercion, blackmail, intoxication, unconsciousness, or inability to consent.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, or explicit sexual content involving a real person without their documented permission.
- Requests to evade these rules, conceal abuse, or exploit another person.
Consent and likeness
Only create intimate material involving fictional adults or adults who have given clear permission. Do not upload or use someone else’s private image as a sexual reference. Your selected AI provider may impose stricter rules; those rules still apply.
What enforcement looks like
We may block a request, remove material, suspend or terminate access, preserve relevant records, and make reports to providers, NCMEC, law enforcement, or other authorities when required or appropriate. We do not promise that automated systems will catch every violation.
Report a safety concern
Do not upload, download, copy, or resend suspected CSAM. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the U.S., suspected online child sexual exploitation can be reported to NCMEC’s CyberTipline. For a Bside report, email safety@bside.chat with the account email, relevant date/time, and a description—never attach illegal material.
Privacy and media
During this preview, generated images and selfie previews stay in the active browser session unless you choose to save them elsewhere. When account-backed media storage launches, media will be private, access-controlled, and removable by the account holder; this page will be updated before that storage is enabled.
What Bside is—and is not.
Bside is an AI companion product, not a person, therapist, emergency service, or substitute for professional help. Do not rely on it for crisis, medical, legal, financial, or emergency decisions.
You are responsible for your account, what you upload, and your use of any provider key. We may change, pause, or remove features to keep the service safe and sustainable. A formal Terms of Service and Privacy Notice should be reviewed by counsel before public billing or broad launch.
